Focused work. Useful outcomes.
Start with the problem you already have. We review the current setup, explain the options, and quote the work we can responsibly take on.
Website repairs
Restore what should work
WordPress theme and plugin issues, broken layouts, visible code errors, and features that no longer behave as expected. Diagnosis comes first, so the repair addresses the cause.
A typical scope includes
Issue investigation and proposed fix
Agreed changes on a staging copy where available
Checks against the reported problem
A concise record of what changed
Website improvements
Make the next visit easier
Clearer service pages, better mobile layouts, navigation improvements, and focused additions to an existing site. Keep what works and give the parts that need attention a considered update.
A typical scope includes
Page structure and layout changes
Responsive implementation
Checks for links and agreed interactions
Editing notes for the finished pages
Small custom tools
Simplify a specific task
Calculators, simple dashboards, data-formatting utilities, and narrowly scoped workflow tools. We assess the inputs, expected output, and operating constraints before proposing a build.
A typical scope includes
A written description of the workflow
A usable first version for review
Tests using agreed example cases
Setup instructions and known limitations
How the work gets done
Clarity before code. Care through delivery.
You should know what is being built, what it costs, and how we will decide the work is finished.
01 /
Understand
Share the URL, the problem, and what a successful result looks like. Screenshots help. Passwords can wait.
02 /
Define
Agree on deliverables, exclusions, price, timing, and acceptance checks. If deeper diagnosis is needed, that is scoped separately.
03 /
Build & check
Implement the agreed work, review it with you, and test the relevant pages and functions before an approved launch.
04 /
Hand over
Receive the completed work and practical notes. Any correction period or continuing support is specified in the proposal.
No surprise expansion.
If an unexpected issue changes the work, we explain the impact and agree on the next step before proceeding. Hosting, paid licenses, and other third-party costs are identified separately.
The business behind the work
A direct line. A clear responsibility.
Keenward WorksIndependent projects & products
Keenward Works is an independent business built around practical projects and useful products. Client services are the starting point: solving a defined problem, learning what matters, and delivering work that can be used and maintained.
Our first offers cover websites and small business tools. As recurring needs become clear, the aim is to develop standalone products and new services around them. Each engagement has a designated point of contact responsible for scope, communication, and coordinating delivery.
Keep ownership clear
Your domain and service accounts stay under your control. Source files, access, and any license restrictions are addressed in the project scope.
Use tools thoughtfully
AI-assisted development can be part of the process. Work is reviewed and tested; use of client data with external tools is agreed before it is shared.
Before we start
A few useful answers.
Can you work on the website we already have?
Yes, that is often the starting point. Send the URL and a description of the changes. Feasibility depends on the platform, available access, licenses, and the condition of the existing setup.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing follows the scope. After an initial review, you receive a proposal describing the work, price, and expected timing. Complex problems may need a separately agreed diagnostic stage before a repair can be priced.
Do we need a monthly contract?
No. One-time repairs and improvements are welcome. Any ongoing support is a separate agreement with its own scope.
What if you discover a bigger problem?
We pause the affected work, explain what was found, and discuss the options. Additional work requires agreement; it is not silently added to the bill.
What do you need from us?
Start with the website URL, a description or screenshot of the issue, and any deadline. If we proceed, we agree on the minimum access required and a secure way to provide it. Please do not email passwords.
Will you guarantee rankings, speed scores, or compliance?
We agree on specific, testable deliverables. Search rankings, conversion gains, and third-party scores are not guaranteed. Formal accessibility certification, security audits, and regulated work require a separately qualified scope.
